BEHIND
THE BAR.Every instructor at Bar Akademija still works professionally behind the bar. No retired teachers. No theory disconnected from practice.
When we say our instructors know the industry, we mean it literally — they’re in it right now. Dubai, cruise ships, EU hospitality, top bars across the Adriatic. They teach what the market demands today, because they live it every day. That’s the Bar Akademija difference. It’s the reason our graduates get hired faster, earn more, and build real careers — not just certificates.
- Active professionals only. Every instructor holds or has recently held a professional position at international level — UAE, EU, cruise lines or regional premium bars.
- Small groups, maximum 12 per programme. Every student gets real hands-on time behind the bar — not just watching. That’s non-negotiable at Bar Akademija.
- Mentorship continues after graduation. Instructors stay connected with graduates — helping with job applications, references and industry introductions.
- Same standards as EU, cruise lines and luxury hotels. We teach to international employer expectations — not regional ones. That’s why 700+ graduates work globally.
