International Coffee Shop Culture. COffee & Tea
A junior Barista must understand the Coffee and Tea culture in order to know how to prepare, serve and enjoy them in the best possible way. Our school offers a comprehensive course that covers all the aspects of being a professional barista, from the history and culture of coffee and tea, to the techniques and skills of making and presenting them.
One of the modules of our course is called Coffee and Tea Culture, and it is designed to give you a deeper understanding of the origins, varieties and traditions of these two popular beverages. In this module, you will learn about:
- The history and geography of coffee and tea production and consumption
- The different types of coffee and tea, their characteristics and benefits
- The cultural and social aspects of coffee and tea drinking around the world
- The etiquette and rituals of preparing and serving coffee and tea in different settings
- The best practices and tips for brewing, storing and tasting coffee and tea
By completing this module, you will not only be able to create a cool coffee menu, ambient and deliver, but also to appreciate the diversity and richness of coffee and tea culture.
